About the role
  • To provide end to end support for implementation of the solution
  • Review and delivery of technical documents and system design – operational procedures, logical data model, functional and technical architecture for multiple tools and technologies.
  • Suggest and implement technical solutions for the requirements transversely.
  • Develop/maintain/review code
  • Analyze quality of service and suggest improvements
  • Provide technical support during UAT and go live
  • Use defect tracking system and follow resolution of defects
  • Level 3 support to production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA
  • Follow SDLC processes (SAFe)
  • Support regression and integration testing
  • To contribute and participate in IT studies.


About you

3-5+ year total experience (in Salesforce Technical development/Configuration)



  • 3+years experience (Dev 201/401 certification preferred)with add on like marketing cloud, digital marketing etc.
  • Hands on or knowledge of Salesforce Lightning configurations, APEX coding, LWC, API and Integrations, Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
  • Ability to drive End-to End delivery from Business requirement gathering, designing, development, testing and deployment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps , Agile and other release models etc.
  • Collaboration with Technical /functional team involving senior developers, cross teams, vendors/product resources.
  • Prepare impact analysis documents, recommendations
  • Organize and chair workshops with business users to refine requirements with quick POC’s and propose/validate system implementation approaches
  • Identify dependencies on external systems and manage them across other IT departments
  • Produce key deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project, for IT use as well as for business owners, such as solution proposals, user acceptance test plans, dependency matrices.
  • Support Delivery Manager in various assigned tasks and end- to end ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills for Business acumen.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English
