About the role
  • Responsiblefor the successful completion of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to specifications
  • Develop & finalize the transition/transformation plan with the internal & customer teams
  • Identify and secure resources necessary to execute the Transition Plan.
  • Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer, technolgy deployment, service readiness, people transfer, delivery operations setup, service management aspects of project
  • Communicate progress / status of transition to all stakeholders
  • Assist Central PM in developing contingency and risk mitigation plans for transition
  • Communicate effectively with the internal business stakeholders what all changes in processes will be
  • Deploys and refines a standardized transition methodology to be used consistently across initiatives
  • Provide documentation/support requested by PM in support of project reviews, audits and other project requirements.
  • Track status of work plans; resources; and deliverables for individual projects and roll up project information for overall program coordination; reporting; and communications.

About you
  • Bachelors Degree in Engg or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years relevant PM & Transition management work experience.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years IT management experience.
  • Ideal candidates should be Prince 2 certified. ITIL certified is added advantage
  • High Level understanding of technologies such as service desk, end user computing (workplace services), data center services, network and security services, Cloud Services ,messaging and collaboration (IPT & Contact Center).
  • Assisting the Central PM with project planning, execution, monitoring, tracking and reporting documentation
  • Transition/Transformation management experience required from previous role
  • Hands on experience on project Management tools – MPP & well versed with Excel & PowerPoint
