JOIN US! WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS. THIS IS YOUR ROLE We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers. The role involves commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, component replacement, and customer support. The candidate should have strong technical abilities, hands-on experience, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities 1. EV Charger Commissioning Perform pre-installation checks and commission EV chargers at customer sites. Ensure correct configuration, calibration, and successful startup. 2. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, power electronics, and communication interfaces. Provide timely and effective support to reduce charger downtime. 3. Firmware Updates Execute firmware upgrades as per OEM guidelines. Verify installation of the latest software versions and ensure proper functionality. 4. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure performance, uptime, and reliability. Perform corrective maintenance in case of operational faults or component failures. 5. EV Charger Servicing Replace faulty modules, components, consumables, and accessories as required. Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities. 6. Spares Management & Support Manage, track, and replace spare parts used during field activities. Coordinate with the spares/warehouse team for timely availability of parts. 7. Remote / Online Support Provide remote assistance for basic troubleshooting and customer guidance. Collaborate with the back-office / NOC team for escalation and resolution of advanced issues. 8. Customer Relationship Management Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely support. Assist customers with new inquiries and ensure high service satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/ Diploma – Electrical, electronic or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of Hands-on experience with EV chargers, power electronics, or similar equipment (preferred). Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and safety standards.
