To lead the architecture, engineering, and deployment of next-generationcloud-native platforms that are AI/ML-powered, API-first, and microservices-driven, enabling the organization to deliver truly cutting-edge digital solutions. This role is a catalyst for transformation—driving the evolution of legacy systems into modern, intelligent ecosystems, embedding advanced machine learning models into production-grade platforms, and instilling a culture of technical excellence, agility, and continuous innovation. Activities and Responsibilities:
Lead the E2E architecture and development of intelligent, high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot: REST APIs, microservices) and Python (FastAPI, PySpark, LangChain), delivering AI-first digital platforms that are secure, scalable, and future-ready.
Build cloud-native, API-first ecosystemsfrom scratch and drive legacy-to-microservices transformations, creating distributed, event-driven architectures optimized for cloud hyperscale’s (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Architect and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines—from data wrangling and feature engineering to model exploration and validation. Integrate state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Hugging Face) with RAG, vector search, MCP, and advanced prompt engineering to enable intelligent automation, NLP-driven insights, and cognitive capabilities.
Design and optimize data fabrics using PostgreSQL, MongoDB (aggregation pipelines), ETL frameworks, vector databases, and graph databases, ensuring real-time analytics, high availability, and enterprise-grade security.
DevOps & MLOps Excellence
Establish CI/CT/CD pipelineswith Jenkins, AWS, Azure, and modern toolchains to automate model deployment, monitoring, and retraining, enabling continuous delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Develop AI-augmented testing frameworks (Playwright, Robot Framework, custom ML-driven QA)to achieve maximum coverage with minimal execution time, ensuring frictionless, production-grade releases.
Engineer self-healing, fault-tolerant architectures with zero-trust security models, leveraging distributed system design patterns to guarantee performance at scale under dynamic workloads.
Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps/SRE teams to deliver AI-infused solutions aligned with strategic business outcomes.
Mentor engineering teams in AI-first design principles, ML best practices, and responsible AI development, fostering a culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.
