About the role

Senior ServiceNow Application Developer for risks management tools development and maintenance. Experience in buildingintegrations with external applicationsis essential, and exposure toGRC/IRMwithin ServiceNow is a plus.
Role & Responsibilities
•Act as the primary engineer for ServiceNow applications development.
•Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
•Develop and maintain integration between ServiceNow and other applications/tools.
•Support users of ServiceNow application developed in the team.
•Contribute to the development of new capabilities across the current and future tooling ecosystem.
•Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, development notes, and support materials.
•Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and handover sessions.
•Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and continuous improvement activities across the application landscape.
•Ensure development work follows good engineering practices, maintainability standards, and documentation expectations.
•Good experience in software delivery processes (development best practices, test, delivery, maintenance, documentation, ...)
•Capacity to organize and lead knowledge Transfer to the team / mentoring and to organize code review with the team.
•Strong collaborative team spirit and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Good written and verbal communication skills / fluent English

About you

•Degree / Diploma holders with development and cybersecurity knowledge
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language

Mandatory skill set
•Strong hands-on 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, JavaScript, MySQL.
•ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator)
•Experience developing custom applications, workflows, and platform capabilities in ServiceNow
•Strong experience building integrations between ServiceNow and external systems/applications
•Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and scripting
•Experience with ServiceNow development best practices
•Experience with GRC/IRM modules is a plus
•Good understanding of software delivery processes
•Good knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles
•Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Secondary skill set
•ServiceNow certification “Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance” would be a plus.
•Knowledge of development languages like Angular, Java, Python will be the added advantage
•Good to have knowledge of cybersecurity basics
•Good to have certification on IT and information security domain like ITIL, ISO 27001, GRC etc.
Minimum of 4+ years related work experience in customer facing environment
