Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to build scalable backend systems and modern AI-powered applications. In this role, you will design and develop high-performance services, including AI-driven solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI orchestration layers. You will work on building robust APIs, integrating AI capabilities, and delivering production grade, containerized applications that power real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python Build and deploy AI-powered systems, including:

oRAG-based applications o LLM integrations and intelligent services o AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP or similar)

Develop high-quality APIs (REST / GraphQL) to enable system integrations and AI workflows

Design systems based on microservices and event-driven architectures Containerize applications and support cloud-native deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Ensure secure coding practices are applied across all development activities • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering standard methodologies

Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product, DevOps, and platform engineering .

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience
5+ yearsof experience in software development using Python
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including:
Hands on experience on Data structures,Algorithms,System design is must.
Hands-on experience building AI applications, including:
RAG-based systems
LLM-powered tools or services
AI orchestration layers (e.g., MCP or equivalent)
Experience developing and consuming APIs and backend services
Experience working with containerized applications:

Building, running, and deploying containers
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms

Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Exposure to:

Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

Experience with event-driven systems(Kafka, messaging queues)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience building platform services or reusable backend components

Security & Engineering Standards

Understanding of secure software development practices

Experience applying:

Authentication and authorization

Secure API design

Input validation and data protection

Commitment to code quality, testing, and maintainability
