Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management: Own and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.

Leasing & Deal Closure: Drive leasing activities by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their workspace requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct site visits, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely closures aligned with business targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and providing suitable workspace solutions.
Monthly Reporting & Projections: Prepare and present accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline projections.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales efficiency and predictability.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
Use insights to refine sales strategies and positioning.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
