Key Responsibilities:



1. Project & Program Delivery



  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large and complex projects/programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive execution across multiple delivery centers and cross-functional teams.

2. Stakeholder Management



  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across operations and other teams.

3. Governance & Reporting



  • Establish robust program governance frameworks.
  • Lead weekly/monthly governance calls, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Develop and share accurate and timely status reports, dashboards, and insights with clients and leadership.

4. Risk & Issue Management



  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Drive resolution of critical delivery issues and escalations.

5. Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement



  • Implement PMO best practices, standard methodologies, and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation opportunities).
  • Ensure compliance with quality frameworks and client-specific processes.
  • Manage enterprise program management activities including strategic planning, forecasting, project prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Oversee and balance priorities across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain reporting procedures and monitor performance across all projects.
