Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and product capabilities, supports informed design decisions and efficient design workflows.


What you will deliver

Research and insight synthesis: Research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and behavioral observation are planned or supported. Insights are synthesized into journey maps, experience principles, and structured design recommendations.


Experience design: User journeys, task flows, and interaction patterns are defined for complex product workflows. Service blueprints may be created to illustrate user interactions and supporting system processes.


Design execution and prototyping: Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces are developed using established design systems and accessibility standards.


Cross-functional collaboration: Design solutions are developed in partnership with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with product requirements and technical constraints.


Design facilitation and feedback: Workshops, feedback sessions, and collaborative discussions are facilitated to improve design outcomes and support shared understanding.


Design system contribution: Opportunities to strengthen design systems are identified through new or refined patterns that support consistency across products.


AI-assisted design exploration: AI-supported tools may be used for exploration, research synthesis, or documentation, with attention to accuracy, ethics, and inclusivity.


What you will need to be successful (Experience and Qualifications)
  • Several years of hands-on product design experience delivering complex digital experiences.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong reasoning, interaction design capability, and ability to address ambiguous problems.
  • Experience conducting or contributing to user research and translating insights into structured design solutions.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and scalable product design approaches.
  • Openness to exploring emerging tools and AI-assisted workflows.

At this level, the Senior Product Designer contributes to initiatives spanning multiple product areas or teams. Their work connects insights, product priorities, and operational considerations to deliver scalable design outcomes.
