  • Rapidly prototype, iterate, and take solutions from concept to production

  • Design systems that balance performance, scalability, cost, and reliability

  • Ensure AI solutions are explainable, production-ready, and aligned with security and governance requirements

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for AI systems

  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost over time

  • Document solutions and contribute to enablement and adoption.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and SQL; Java preferred

  • Experience building and deploying AI / ML / LLM-powered systems in production

  • Expertise in prompt engineering (structured, constrained, schema-aware) and designing RAG-based solutions

  • Experience building agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and memory

  • Familiarity with modern LLMs and frameworks such as OpenAI (GPT-4/5), Claude, Gemini, Llama, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel

  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS

  • Strong understanding of semantic modeling, business metrics abstraction, and time-series analysis (YoY, WoW, fiscal calendars)

  • Experience designing API-first backend systems using FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js

  • Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Starburst

  • Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS

  • Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and basic MLOps practices

  • Understanding of AI security concepts including prompt injection prevention, PII masking, auditability, and role-based access

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and AI developments and apply them effectively

  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI or data-driven systems

  • Strong system design skills and ability to reason about architectural trade-offs

  • AI products are built, shipped, and adopted by Finance teams

  • Solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-grade

  • Finance workflows demonstrate measurable improvement through AI

  • Technical execution consistently delivers business impact
