KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Engineer – Planning – Site (MIS / Monthly Reports) is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting key project data in structured formats such as Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs), Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), and MIS dashboards. This role acts as a vital link between on-site activities and project leadership by transforming raw execution and planning data into actionable insights for timely decision-making.
The Engineer – Planning – Site (Contract Administration) is responsible for integrating planning functions with contract administration to ensure that project execution aligns with contractual obligations. This role involves tracking deliverables, supporting variation claims, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining contractual records. It acts as a bridge between planning, commercial, and execution functions to ensure smooth project governance and risk mitigation.
The Engineer – Planning – Site (Client Billing and Quantity Surveyor) is responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting client bills in accordance with contractual milestones and physical progress at site. The role also involves accurate quantity estimation, reconciliation, and documentation aligned with planning and execution timelines. It ensures seamless integration of progress monitoring with financial invoicing while supporting planning and commercial functions.
The Team Member – Billing – Site is responsible for preparing and processing running and final bills for subcontractors and vendors, as well as assisting with client billing activities. The role ensures accurate quantity measurement, documentation, and certification of work done in alignment with contractual terms, specifications, and timelines. It supports the commercial and execution teams by maintaining billing records, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
