Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. As a standalone company, the Mobility business will be more focused and agile, creating exciting opportunities for employees to grow, innovate, and help shape the future of mobility. The separation reflects strong confidence in the Mobility team and positions the new company as an employer of choice in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
• Applicant must have proficiency in data analysis, data processing, dashboarding using Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Applicant is required to update Power BI dashboards on a defined frequency and implement automation for updates
• Applicant should understand J1939 standard and CAN communication signals/channels related to Vehicle Performance Analysis
• Incumbent is expected to perform data analysis of field truck automated transmissions and interpret transmission performance
• Applicant is expected to build and run complete analysis pipelines from raw data to dashboard of established algorithms and create new as per requirements
• Develop methodology to translate stakeholder voice into a measurable performance parameter
• Applicant should possess an architecture understanding of heavy duty commercial vehicle automated manual transmissions
• Good to have work experience in design, development and validation of Transmission Subsystem (Powertrain, shift system, lubrication & enclosure.), fundamental knowledge of reliability, duarability, fatigue life
• Applicant must be self motivated and should perform within Cross functional team to develop new algorithms in Python for performance parameters, troubleshooting, root cause identificaiton and generate directional solution
• Applicant should have good knowledge of FEA, DFMEA, DFSS. Understand 3D design tool Cre-O, GD&T, tolerance stack up analysis"

Bachelor / Master of Technology in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering
Bachelor with 7+ years or Master with 5+ years of experience in technical engineering organization
