The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues globally and engage with stakeholders to review requirements, assess available options, and implement solutions for projects and operational scenarios of varying complexity. A strong leadership ability and people-oriented approach are essential to drive cultural change and ensure the successful adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Platform Architecture team to ensure the coexistence of low code and platform technologies, creating a positive and forward-looking roadmap.
  • Ensure the allocation of UX designers to assist in the Low Code stream.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including executive team members, to facilitate the adoption of these technologies, achieving significant improvements in time, effort, and opportunity cost.
  • Encourage various Saxo teams to take ownership of their respective areas, such as test environments, server deployments, security, and API layers.
  • Communicate effectively with business units and domain teams to understand their needs and guide them towards solutions.
  • Mentor team leads around these technologies and track their progress in developing their team members.
  • Monitor the usage of licenses and track the progress of various teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors on future roadmaps and address any blockers Saxo may face.

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate is a professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive, and energetic team player. We are looking for someone with the following competencies:

  • 10-20 years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend technologies, including Kubernetes, Kafka, Low Code, .NET Core, and basic AI integration within low code platforms. Full-stack professionals are preferred.
  • Practical exposure to release activities, source control, merging, and branching concepts.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong work ethic and dependability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate views and thoughts openly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly cloud-based solutions.
