The Senior Client Operations Manager is accountable for the operational execution of the strategic direction, effective performance, and overall success of the Managed Operations function across Data Exchange, Regulatory Compliance, and Investor Insights.
This role provides senior leadership to ensure scalable, standardised, and high-performing client operations, delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and measurable client value.
The role represents Managed Operations at senior leadership level and contributes to the broader Client Revenue strategy while driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities as a Senior Client Operations Manager will be to: Providing strategic leadership and accountability across all Managed Operations service segments, ensuring the function delivers consistent value and operational excellence.
Executing the strategic direction and priorities for the function while identifying opportunities for service innovation, efficiency, and business growth.
Embedding standardised best practices, frameworks, and governance models that enable scalability, quality, and strong operational performance.
Acting as the senior escalation point for complex client matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Developing and monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure service health, commercial impact, and operational effectiveness.
Leading, mentoring, and developing Team Leads and their wider teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
To join us as a Senior Client Operations Manager you will need the following experience and skills: You must have proven experience within a client‑facing service environment.
You should have experience within financial services, fintech, software, or other regulated industries, with exposure to the fund or asset‑management ecosystem being highly desirable.
You will have demonstrated capability in leading senior or junior managers and motivating high‑performing teams.
You must have strong strategic planning, operational leadership, and commercial awareness, with experience defining KPIs, managing budgets, and improving operational performance.
You should have exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior and C‑level stakeholders while communicating complex concepts clearly and confidently.
