Documenting knowledge articles for critical incident/ changes
Good understanding of ITIL processes

Bachelor Degree or M.C.A

Experience
Administrator : Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Sr. Administrator : Minimum of 5-6 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Strong knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching also havingexperience on Security devices like Checkpoint / Fortinet Juniper etc……
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
