Project Role : Scrum Master
Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

As a Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. - Experience in tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and tools.
- Capability to foster collaboration and encourage team accountability and ownership.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and workshops that drive team alignment and decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
