Project Role : Scrum Master
Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

As a Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. The role includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are addressed promptly, and maintaining a steady focus on project goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress and productivity.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members by providing coaching and mentoring.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team and across projects.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive working environment.
- Experience in tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and tools.
- Capability to foster collaboration and encourage team accountability and ownership.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and workshops that drive team alignment and decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
