Integrations: Ensure stable and seamless integrations across systems.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Finance to deliver effective solutions.
Process Optimization: Analyse workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
Project & BAU Support: Support system projects while ensuring uptime and BAU continuity.
Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative fixes.
Data & Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
User Enablement: Deliver training, promote best practices, and manage end-to-end user access lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years’ experience Hands-on Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud (essential), Revenue & Service Cloud (desirable) Quoting/Billing exposure: Zuora or similar platforms Sales & Commissions knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and data flows Systems & Integrations: Ability to manage multiple systems and integrations Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Project Delivery: Experience delivering system projects in hybrid environments Data & Accuracy: High attention to detail and data integrity Business-to-Tech Translation: Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions Global Experience: Worked in globally distributed organisations #LI-HYBRID #LI-RP1
