Based in Jodhpur, this role is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial or electrical sales who can effectively manage client relationships and deliver consistent revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of electrical panels including PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, and control panels to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
You will handle the complete sales cycle—from identifying leads and conducting site visits to preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful order closure.
The role requires a strong understanding of technical products, the ability to engage with contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will also contribute to market intelligence by tracking competitor activity, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales data.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory Promote and sell electrical panels and related solutions to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial customers Conduct site visits and engage in technical discussions to understand client requirements Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals Participate in tendering processes and handle price negotiations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth Maintain CRM systems and update sales pipelines regularly Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand Coordinate with production, design, and accounts teams for smooth order execution Ensure timely follow-ups, customer support, and payment collections What Makes You a Great Fit 2–5 years of experience in industrial or electrical sales Strong knowledge of electrical panels, switchgear systems, and related products Ability to understand electrical drawings (SLD knowledge preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
