We are looking for motivated and service-oriented Welcome Agents (Appointment Setters) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients—qualifying leads and setting up appointments with our Visa Consultants (Sales Team).
Your work directly contributes to helping families reunite and build a future together.
What You’ll Be Doing: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and arrange consultations with Visa Consultants.
Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails, turning interest into confirmed appointments.
Ensure every prospective client receives a positive, professional, and friendly experience.
Conduct follow-ups with clients through SMS, email, and phone calls as necessary.
Continuously update your knowledge about our services, advertisements, and client materials.
Achieve and surpass appointment-setting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate client records and outcomes in the CRM and internal systems.
Work closely with team members and support departments to facilitate seamless handovers.
Recognize recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager promptly.
Proactively seek ways to improve processes and contribute ideas for team success.
Work Schedule: Commit to a minimum of 160 hours per month, up to a maximum of 200 hours.

About You: Have at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
Possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Exhibit excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail.
Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette with a warm and persuasive tone.
Be proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering results.
Stay organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Be receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal growth.
Work independently in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
Be tech-savvy and have reliable fiber optic internet connectivity (minimum 50 Mbps).
