Job Description:

• Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals, network devices).

  
  

• Maintain accurate asset inventories in HAM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow).

  
  

• Perform asset audits and reconciliations; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and vendor agreements.

  
  

• Support procurement, refresh, reuse, and disposal processes.

  
  

• Analyze asset data to improve cost optimization and utilization.

  
  

• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.

  
  

• Work closely with IT operations, finance, procurement, and security teams.

  
  

• 8+ years of overall experience with 3–5 years in Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

  
  

• Knowledge of IT Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management principles.

  
  

• Experience with asset discovery tools and CMDBs.

  
  

• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

  
  

• Understanding of hardware lifecycle, contracts, and compliance requirements.

  
  

• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

  
  

• Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management

  
  

• Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms)

  
  

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)

  
  

• Strong analytical and data reconciliation capabilities

  
  

• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• IAITAM certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM)

  
  

• Lean Six Sigma certification

  
  

• Experience in enterprise/global asset management environments
