About Everhope Oncology Everhope Oncology is a mission-driven cancer care platform backed by  Narayana Health,  W Health Ventures, and  2070Health, with $10M in seed funding.
Focused on making high-quality treatment more accessible and patient-friendly, Everhope is building a nationwide network of medical and surgical oncology centers.
Starting in Delhi and Mumbai, the network will expand to 10 cities over the next three years - bringing expert-led early diagnosis, daycare chemotherapy, and surgical oncology to where patients need them most.
Everhope is also making strides in the early detection of cancer and the ecosystem of cancer services like nutrition, etc.

About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team!
You’ll oversee the entire marketing and sales funnel, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly impact patient experience by minimizing friction at every stage.
Your mission will be to prevent drop-offs in our acquisition funnel, create best-in-class patient journeys, and streamline admissions—including supporting insurance and financial assistance processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Funnel Management & Leakage Prevention   - Analyze the marketing and sales funnels to track and prevent attrition/leakage at every stage—from first contact to admission.
  - Work closely with marketing, inside sales, offline sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless pipeline transitions and address any gaps.
  - Develop and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize patient engagement.
- Customer Experience Enhancement   - Collaborate with all touchpoint teams (sales, clinical, patient support) to deliver an exceptional experience throughout the patient journey.
  - Monitor feedback, identify pain points, and create action plans for continuous improvement.
  - Champion the voice of the patient within the organization, conducting periodic reviews and sharing insights with leadership.
- Admission Process & Insurance Empanelments   - Lead efforts to have all patient admission processes, documents, and data flows well defined, standardized, and monitored.
  - Ensure timely empanelment and coordination with insurance providers, TPA desks, and financial assistance teams so that patients face minimal friction or delay.
  - Address patient queries around financial assistance, insurance, and billing, providing accurate and empathetic support.
- Data Analysis & Reporting   - Maintain clear dashboards and reports on key metrics: funnel conversion, customer NPS, process SLAs, and lost patient reasons.
  - Regularly share actionable insights with senior management and work with them to set and track improvement targets.
- Collaboration & Training   - Proactively engage with all internal teams to align on process improvements, sales targets, and customer experience standards.
  - Support the training of frontline staff to uphold best practices in patient engagement and admissions.
