Description Job Title: HR Recruiter Location:  Mohali Experience:  Minimum 1 year (Preferred: candidates with strong recruitment experience) Joining:  Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Description We are looking for an energetic and self-driven  HR Recruiter  to join our team in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should have at least  1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment , excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Handle  end-to-end recruitment  for various positions.
Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage high-volume hiring when required.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements Minimum  1 year of experience  in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
