Perform visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) to identify soldering defects, component misplacements, and other anomalies. Conduct final inspection of finished products, cabinets to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with production, Projects and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Visits suppliers’ premises for the monitoring manufacturing quality of products. Document and report non-conformances , initiate corrective and improvement actions . Support incoming material inspection and FAI for vendor quality assurance. Participate in internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, customer audits). Maintain and update inspection checklists , work instructions, and quality documentation. Train production staff on quality standards , inspection techniques, and defect identification. Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and other safety protocols are followed during inspection and handling. Your success is grounded in: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, or related field). 2–4 years of experience in a production quality role, preferably in electronics or PCBA manufacturing. Strong understanding of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610). Experience with visual inspection techniques Familiarity with ISO 9001 , lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficient in data analysis , root cause analysis, and quality reporting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Join us and be yourself!
