About the Role We are building one of the most active AI agent programs in the industrial technology sector, serving engineering, commercial, and operational teams across Asia Pacific. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join our Agent Factory team — learning by doing, working alongside experienced engineers, and growing into a specialist in enterprise AI agent deployment and operations. You will be trained on the job; curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are what we are looking for. Location : Electronic city, Bangalore What You Will Do • Support the deployment and configuration of AI agents on enterprise platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent) under supervision of senior team members • Assist in managing knowledge base (KB) files — organizing, formatting, and updating content in Markdown or similar structured formats • Execute test scripts and structured test cases for new and updated agents; document results, flag anomalies, and escalate issues • Log and triage user feedback from field teams; prepare structured update summaries for review by senior engineers • Maintain agent documentation — version logs, change records, deployment status, and KB source tracking • Support user onboarding for newly deployed agents, including preparation of user guides and FAQ documents • Learn and apply prompt engineering fundamentals to evaluate agent response quality What We Are Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience • Genuine interest in AI, large language models, and enterprise automation; some hands-on exposure through coursework, projects, or self-learning • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive); exposure to Power Platform or Copilot Studio is a strong advantage • Basic understanding of how APIs work; ability to read and interpret JSON data • Strong written communication in English — you will write documentation, test reports, and user guides • Organized, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with attention to detail • Eager to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned work Good to Have • Coursework or personal projects involving AI/ML, chatbots, NLP, or automation tools • Exposure to any low-code / no-code platform (Power Apps, Notion AI, Zapier, or similar) • Microsoft or cloud certifications (PL-900, AI-900, AZ-900, or equivalent) — not required but a sign of initiative • Internship or project experience in a technology, engineering, or industrial environment Why Join Us • Get hands-on experience with enterprise AI agent technology from day one — not just theory • Structured mentoring from experienced engineers working at the cutting edge of industrial AI • Clear growth path: this role is designed to develop into a mid-level deployment and QA specialist • Work across a diverse, multi-vertical APAC team in a fast-moving, high-impact programmer Who is Siemens Energy?
