  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Pre-sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams to support pipeline generation and deal execution

Market & Customer Insights

  • Stay informed on public sector trends, procurement processes, and competitive positioning

  • Provide feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and report on sales performance

  • 8–12 years of overall sales experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within government/public sector sales

  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and sales cycles

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in account planning methodologies (e.g., TAS, Value-Based Selling)
