Senior Project / Program Manager – 12+ Years Experience



About the Role



The Senior Project / Program Manager will lead complex, multi‑stream initiatives across technology, operations, and transformation domains. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities



Program & Project Leadership



  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large‑scale projects and multi‑phase programs.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy.
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder & Communication Management



  • Engage with senior leadership, business owners, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and cross‑functional workshops.

Technology & Transformation Delivery



  • Oversee delivery of technology‑driven initiatives including cloud migrations, automation programs, AI‑enabled solutions, and enterprise platform rollouts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support adoption of Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience



  • 12+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs in technology, operations, or transformation environments.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data‑driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
