Your role Mission The _Group IT Project Manager provides a high-quality IT Service to stay competitive in an increasingly interconnected world. As Project Manager, your mission is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects in Group IT, drive the projects and deliver the expected values within the agreed timeline, scope and budget. Job description The main responsibilities are: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects/programs. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the business and relevant stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis Be mindful of the forecasted risks & issues to take appropriate actions or mitigation to ensure projects are not impacted and keep relevant stakeholders informed. Timely reporting of efforts spent on projects. Location: Pune To succeed, you will need Skills & Experience Requirement Minimum 5-7 years proven track record as a project manager and/or equivalent roles Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow project module Experience with project management software tools Educational requirements University degree or equivalent experience ITIL Foundation Certified within Project Management Professional is a must Fluency in (local language) and English, spoken and written is a must Personality requirements Ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations orally and in writing, while considering the viewpoint of others A customer centric individual who understands customers’ needs and seeks to fulfill or exceed expectations.
