Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Own end‑to‑end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Create and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Lead project kick‑off, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalations as required.
  • Ensure adherence to Rightpoint project management methodology and delivery standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on delivery matters.
  • Set and manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication.
  • Build strong client relationships and continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Support proposal development, scoping discussions, and SOW reviews when required.
Financial & Operational Management
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, burn, and margins.
  • Ensure accurate timesheet validation and adherence to financial controls.
  • Support invoicing, budget reviews, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance/Client Managers.
  • Monitor utilisation targets and support staffing adjustments
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Plan and secure appropriate staffing for project needs.
  • Guide and support project team members; conduct regular check‑ins and remove blockers.
  • Foster collaboration across onshore/offshore teams and cross‑disciplinary partners.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of team members.
Governance, Closure & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and internal review processes.
  • Lead UAT, production launch, hyper‑care, and project closure activities.
  • Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to manage distributed, cross‑shore teams effectively.
Experience
  • Typically 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience delivering digital, platform, or enterprise technology projects preferred.
  • Prior client‑facing delivery experience strongly preferred.
