Step into a high-impact role where you will lead innovation initiatives that directly shape customer value and business outcomes. As an Innovation Project Manager within the ISPACS team, you will drive multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery—balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions, ensuring strong customer centricity throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build and influence strong stakeholder networks across functions, aligning teams and driving decisions.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging to different audiences, and ensuring transparency on progress, risks, decisions and requests.

  • Drive decision-making by providing clear recommendations based on data, risks, and business priorities.

  • Deliver measurable business impact through innovative solutions, product enhancements, and process improvements.

  • Lead complex initiatives within larger programs, coordinating cross-functional team activities and dependencies.

  • Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues proactively, using sound judgment and creative problem-solving.

  • Escalate critical risks and issues in a timely manner to ensure informed decision-making.

  • Apply advanced project management methodologies and practices, including planning, estimation, and risk mitigation.

  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment—motivating individuals and leveraging their strengths.

  • Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System (QMS) and organizational governance standards while maintaining execution agility.

  • Drive continuous improvement in both project delivery and team effectiveness.

  • Capture and scale knowledge by documenting lessons learned and best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Maintenance Lifecycle Development (MLD) projects, including MLD change activities, across the full product lifecycle.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex projects.

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and aligning diverse stakeholders.
