The project:
This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets and milestones are met while proactively identifying risks and mitigation.
  
• Shape and manage client, consultant and contractor relationships, driving seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.
  
• Champion Safety First, fostering wellbeing, sharing lessons learned and embedding Mace’s HSW standards.
  
• Guide teams with subject matter expertise, promoting best practice, digital adoption and continuous improvement.
  
• Oversee delivery strategies, design and authority programmes, procurement sequencing and construction execution.
  
• Manage senior project teams while supporting broader business priorities, commercial performance and sustainability goals, including net‑zero commitments.
  

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 20-25 years experience.
  
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
  
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
  
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
  
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
