About Project : Systra is appointed to provide Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System Of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

We are seeking applications:

Position: Project Controller

Hiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Location: Ahemedabad/Delhi

Assist Project Director/Chief Expert in performing tasks that shall include but not limited to the following:

• Assist in preparation of detailed integrated schedule for the entire Scope aligning with the Project schedule.
• Assist in review and monitor the work plans and schedules of various stakeholders and ensure consistency with the overall schedule.
• Assist in managing overall procurement life cycle till closure of contract.
• Assist in ensuring proper risk analysis, and recommending risk mitigation measures.
• Assistance in entire Contract administration, including dispute resolution, contract terminations, contract renegotiation, exit strategies, establishing standard procedures & tools etc.
• Assessment of project long term financial statements and preparation, submission and disbursement of claims to multi-lateral funding institution(if applicable).
• Preparation of cost breakdown structure, creation of baseline project cost (under its scope), budget and cashflow schedule.
• Assistance in Establishing procedures for any changes in the project criteria/scope.
• Assistance in legal matters.
• Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)

Experience:
07 years of experience in contract management during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)* funded by Bilateral/Multilateral Development Banks/Agencies.

* Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

• High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
• Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
