Overview
This position is responsible for carrying out production in an efficient safe, consistent manner, building quality into the products through rigorous follow up of procedure/instruction. Maintain equipment in healthy condition


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for manufacturing the right product, using the correct weighed RM as per the batch card & getting optimum yield by maintaining batch cycle time.
  • Basic maintenance of equipment’s and Knowledge of autonomous maintenance.
  • Lead tool box meeting in shifts and delegate shift responsibility for safe and quality production.
  • Keeping the shop floor & production area clean during & after production & monitoring the productivity
  • Following all the safety & health procedures laid & disposal norms to protect environment
  • Maintaining records like Logbooks, weighment registers, labeling registers, calibrations etc.
  • Find out issues on shift-to-shift basis and capture the same in log book. Capture breakdown and maintenance logs in log book for next shift hand over and workshop head information.
  • Strictly follow the systems & procedures as per ISO 9001 / 14001
  • Ability to handle labor and get daily work done from them
  • Data entry of production on shift basis and ensure shift inventory management.


ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
B.SC, Diploma Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical with 2-3 years’ Experience in production

Knowledge of production process

Knowledge of Safety rules for production activities
Basic maintenance of equipment’s

Command on local language
