Job description

As a Test Architect, you will be responsible for driving the security architecture and design process, ensuring our products meet the highest security standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating security risks, and promoting secure coding practices across the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Design for Security and Security Vulnerability Monitoring processes, ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Follow and enforce the Technical Compliance Management (TCM) process at the product and system levels.
  • Conduct security threat and risk analyses, and assess product privacy risks.
  • Identify security and privacy gaps, and specify remediation actions to strengthen our products.
  • Promote secure coding techniques and best practices within the R&D team.
  • Design and specify security and privacy requirements, and ensure their integration into feature specifications.
  • Review and approve key security technical documents, including specifications and security risk analyses.
  • Execute the Security Vulnerability Monitoring (SVM) process, maintaining SVM registrations and managing SV assessments and fixes.
  • Increase security awareness by conducting trainings, promoting participation in internal security networks, and sharing knowledge with relevant teams.
  • Support program and product management in tendering processes, providing expertise on product security requirements.

Qualifications:

You have:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software security architecture and design, with a strong understanding of security standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in leading security initiatives and driving security best practices within an organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of security threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It would be nice if you also had:


  • Experience with security testing and test plan development, ensuring comprehensive coverage of security requirements.
  • Familiarity with security audit processes and the ability to interpret and act upon audit findings.
  • Proficiency in security vulnerability management tools and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices in the industry.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, and a passion for securing software products.
