Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

You have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 12-15 Years of experience.
  • Proven experience in managing application outages and supporting AI-driven applications in production environments. 
  • Strong technical expertise in data engineering workflows, along with familiarity in AI/ML/RPA systems and incident management processes. 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to guide, mentor, and manage small teams with effective communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational setup, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support and service reliability.
  • Certifications in ITIL, AI/ML, or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
