The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and deliver product strategies for residential real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business vision and market positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation.
• Design product mixes tailored to target segments, optimising land use, resources, and financial viability through feasibility studies and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and sales teams to drive seamless product development and execution to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic input into business plans, monitor product performance, and implement improvements based on customer insights and market dynamics.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion continuous improvement to maintain market leadership and deliver sustainable outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Proven expertise in business planning, financial modelling, and market analysis for real estate.
• Track record of delivering innovative, customer-focused real estate products that drive profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in market research, feasibility studies, and customer segmentation.
