Overview This role sits at the intersection of strategy, digital media, and performance, responsible for building integrated media plans with a strong digital-first approach. The candidate will translate business objectives into data-driven media strategies across channels, with primary focus on digital ecosystems. Responsibilities 1. Integrated Media Planning (Digital-Led) Develop full-funnel media plans with heavy focus on digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Display, Commerce) Align plans with business goals, audience insights, and budget allocations Drive channel mix strategy balancing branding and performance 2. Digital Strategy & Platform Planning Plan across Google (Search, YouTube, DV360), Meta, Programmatic, and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) Define audience cohorts, targeting strategy, and platform roles Leverage first-party data, remarketing, and lookalike audiences 3. Data, Insights & Optimization Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-backed optimizations Work with analytics teams on attribution models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement 4.
