Partnership Manager
Partnership Managers establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships to maximize revenue growth. They identify high-value leads, evaluate key potential partners, and build strategies to convert these connections into productive, long-term, and profitable engagements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities.
  2. Manage and execute joint go-to-market strategies with relevant partners.
  3. Facilitate pipeline reviews, partner training, and business reviews with key stakeholders.
  4. Develop and execute business plans to maximize revenue and strengthen partner relationships.
  5. Identify business opportunities with prospective partners, negotiate terms, and coordinate between partner teams and Keka’s internal teams.
  6. Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations.
  7. Work closely with Keka’s sales team to drive pipeline growth through new and existing partnerships and serve as the liaison between Sales and Partners.
  8. Run and enable co-marketing/co-selling programs with internal teams and partner stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
  1. 7+ years of experience managing channel partners and complex channel relationships (co-sell, resale, OEM/licensing), or 2–5 years of relevant HRMS/SaaS experience in Inside Sales or Sales with a strong interest in transitioning into Partnership roles.
  2. Experience in building and maintaining channel programs for a software company (SaaS preferred).
  3. Proven ability to design and execute sales channel development and marketing programs that drive revenue.
  4. Strong sales background with expertise in pricing, relationship management, and consultative selling.
  5. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting company policies, targets, and budgets.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Hands-on experience in quota-carrying roles and business development.
  8. Strong team player who is results-driven, metrics-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze market and competitor data to support and enhance partner strategy.
