We are a creative, media, and technology agency building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for brands. This role leads our Data, Decision Science, and Gen AI practice, with full P&L ownership, revenue targets, and delivery responsibility.
This is not a CDP/CRM or traditional MarTech role. The focus is on analytics-led decisioning and Gen AI use cases across creative and media—from content scaling and personalization to media intelligence and marketplace optimization.

What You Will Own
Business & P&L Leadership
Own theData & Gen AI practice P&L, including revenue, margins, utilization, and growth
Build and chaseannual revenue targets through new client acquisition and expansion
Shapecommercial models for AI products, platforms, and services
Partner with agency leadership on practice strategy and investment decisions
Solutioning & Sales
LeadAI-led solution design for pitches, RFPs, and proactive proposals
Translate brand, creative, and media problems intoclear AI-powered business solutions
Act as aclient-facing leader in senior conversations, QBRs, and steering committees
Balance ambition with feasibility—what can be soldand delivered credibly
Gen AI & Analytics Capability
Define and deliverGen AI use cases across:
Creative content scaling & adaptation
Personalization at scale (creative + media)
AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
Media analytics, optimization, and intelligence
Marketplace and commerce media performance optimization
Builddecision science and advanced analytics frameworks that directly impact marketing outcomes
Move beyond experimentation toproduction-grade AI systems
Product & IP Development
Conceptualize and buildAI accelerators, tools, and platforms
Drive products fromidea → prototype → client deployment → scale
Decide when to build, partner, or leverage existing AI models and platforms
Ensure solutions arerepeatable, defensible, and commercially viable
Delivery & Execution
Ownend-to-end delivery of AI and analytics engagements
Ensure solutions areengineered properly, scalable, and secure
Balance speed with robustness—POCs that convert into real systems
Maintain delivery quality while scaling multiple clients and products
Team Building & Leadership
Build and lead an initial5–10 member team, scaling over time
Hire across engineering, data science, analytics, and AI solution roles
Set technical standards, ways of working, and delivery rigor
Develop talent that understandsboth AI and creative/media contexts
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Capabilities
Proven experience owning or leading aP&L-backed analytics / AI practice
Strong background inanalytics, decision science, or applied AI
Hands-on exposure toGen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration)
Experience buildingAI solutions for marketing, creative, media, or commerce
Ability tosell, solution, deliver, and scale—not just advise
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you canseek, solve, sell, and ship
Engineering & Technical Depth
Strong engineering mindset (even if you no longer code daily)
Experience with modern AI/data stacks
GCP preferred (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.), but not mandatory
Understanding of:
LLMs and multimodal models
AI orchestration and production deployment
Data pipelines, analytics layers, and performance systems
Knows the difference betweendemos, pilots, and production systems
Creative & Media Adjacency
Genuine understanding ofcreative workflows and media ecosystems
Experience applying AI to:
Creative operations and content pipelines
Media planning, optimization, and insights
Commerce and marketplace media
Able to collaborate seamlessly withcreative, media, and strategy teams
Leadership & Mindset
Builder mentality with commercial sharpness
Comfortable being accountable for numbers, not just ideas
