Job Synopsis:



RSM USI is seeking aManagerto lead the development and enhancement of theBenchmarking Platformwithin theTAS Digital Innovation & Analyticsteam. This platform is a critical digital initiative designed to deliver insightsonindustry trends, financial performance, and operational metrics, enabling middle-market clients to make informed decisions.



As aManager, you will overseeplatform architecture,data engineering, andAI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, innovation, and seamless integration with TAS workflows. You will also mentor a team of associates and collaborate with US leadership to drive digital transformation within Transaction Advisory Services.



About the Team:



The TAS Digital Innovation & Analytics team partners with US leadership to build digital products and platforms that support TAS engagements, including due diligence, data modeling, and analytics. The Benchmarking Platform is a flagship initiative, and this role will be pivotal in shaping its roadmap and delivering advanced capabilities such asdata lakes,lakehouses, andintelligent assistants.



Key Responsibilities:



Platform Strategy & Development:



  • Define and execute the roadmap for the Benchmarking Platform, ensuring alignment with TAS objectives.



  • Lead the design and implementation ofbig data architecture,leveragingMicrosoft Data Lakeand related toolkits.



  • Drive development ofinteractive dashboards, benchmarking tools, and AI-powered features.



Data Engineering & Architecture:



  • Architect andmaintaindata lakesandlakehousesolutionsfor large-scale structured and unstructured data.



  • Oversee creation ofETL pipelines,data ingestion frameworks, anddata transformation workflows.



  • Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance.




AI & Intelligent Assistance:



  • Spearhead development of aplatform-specific Co-Pilotto provide real-time query responses and insights.



  • IntegrateAI/ML modelsfor predictive analytics and benchmarking automation.



Automation & CI/CD:



  • Implement andoptimizeCI/CD pipelinesfor continuous integration and deployment.



  • Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.



  • Leadership & Collaboration:



  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and analysts, fostering innovation and technical excellence.



  • Collaborate with TAS teams and stakeholders to ensure platform features meet business needs.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • B.Tech(preferably computer science)



  • Minimum of8years of technical experience in data handling andtransformations.



  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrationconceptsand techniques



  • Proven experience inbig data architecture,Microsoft Data Lake,Azure Synapse, and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).



  • Strongexpertiseindata engineering,ETL pipelines,SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed systems.



  • Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines,DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments.



  • Experience inAI/ML frameworksand conversational AI for building intelligent assistants.



  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.




KPIs & Success Metrics:



  • Successful launch and adoption of Benchmarking Platform within agreed timelines and budget.



  • Uptime and reliability of platform (>99.5%).



  • Deployment ofCo-Pilotfeaturewith >90% accuracy in query responses.



  • Reduction in data processing time and improved automation efficiency.



  • Positive stakeholder feedback and increased platform usage across TAS engagements.
