What You’ll Do


Lead & Execute


  • Lead and manage 8 to 10 SDR Teams supporting EMEA, Middle East & APAC
  • Own SDR pipeline generation, ensuring consistent contribution to revenue targets
  • Drive aggressive outbound and inbound execution across regions

Coach & Develop


  • Actively coach SDRs
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Build a strong bench of future Team Leads and Managers

Operate & Optimize


  • Establish, track, and enforce clear KPIs (pipeline, conversion, activity quality, velocity)
  • Ensure Salesforce hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline
  • Continuously refine process, tools, and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and execution

Build Culture


  • Create a high-performance, high-accountability culture
  • Set clear expectations, address underperformance decisively, and recognize excellence
  • Foster continuous learning, competition, and growth

Experience You’ll Bring


  • 3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
  • Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, plus tools like Gong, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable managing by data, not anecdotes
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, performance-driven organization
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
