In this role, you will serve as a senior analytical professional and people manager within the R&D Business Analysis Team. You will lead complex analyses, support strategic and operational decision-making, and act as a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders across R&D and enterprise functions. You will also manage and develop a team of Business Analysis professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth.


Job Responsibilities

- Lead complex financial, operational, and business analyses supporting R&D and enterprise decisions
- Develop business cases, scenarios, and recommendations to support planning and investment decisions
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Partner with stakeholders to align assumptions, priorities, and insights
- Deliver clear, leadership-ready insights and presentations
- Manage and develop Business Analysis team members, including goal setting, coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
- Set priorities, review work quality, and ensure timely delivery across assigned workstreams
- Support improvement and standardization of analytical tools, templates, and processes


What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

- Doctorate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR
- Master’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience OR
- Diploma and 10–12 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience managing or leading others
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling
- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or investment decisions
- Experience managing analysts or small teams in a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics platforms
- Experience working in R&D, operations, or regulated environments
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights
