The Lead – Planning – Site is responsible for developing and managing the detailed construction schedule and planning framework for the project site. The role ensures integration of scope, cost, and time parameters, enabling accurate monitoring and timely execution. It provides planning support to execution teams, ensures alignment with the master baseline, and contributes to project success through proactive progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Develop detailed Level 2 and Level 3 schedules for the entire project scope using Primavera P6 or MS Project, in line with contractual timelines and baseline plans.

  •  Translate scope of work and BOQs into work breakdown structures (WBS) and logically linked activities, assigning durations, milestones, and resource requirements.

  •  Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and subcontracting teams to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment between planning and field activities.

  •  Prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules and conduct review meetings to highlight critical and near-critical activities requiring immediate attention.

  •  Monitor and update project schedules with actual progress data, calculate schedule variances, and forecast potential delays with mitigation proposals.
