The Lead – MEP – Site is responsible for managing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems execution at the project site. This role oversees the planning, installation, coordination, quality assurance, and timely completion of MEP works as per design specifications and safety standards. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES


  •  Plan and oversee the complete execution of MEP works at the construction site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.

  • Lead the development of MEP execution strategies, work breakdown structures, and resource mobilization plans in coordination with project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of MEP milestones.

  • Supervise and manage multiple MEP subcontractors, vendors, and internal site teams to ensure efficient sequencing of work, proper resource allocation, and adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.

  • Coordinate MEP activities with civil and architectural execution teams to ensure that interfaces are seamlessly managed, and all system installations are synchronized with structural and architectural progress.

  • Review and approve technical submissions, such as shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
