Job description

1 Strong knowledge of sheet metal aerospace part manufacturing, including forming, Stretch forming, Progressive roll forming, machining and precision manufacturing processes.
2 In-depth understanding of aerospace material behaviour, including aluminium, titanium, and stainless steel alloys.
3 Lead and manage new product development (NPD) and industrialization activities, including documentation, process design, Qualifications ,testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
4 Manage new product development activities by overseeing documentation, process design, qualification, testing, and continuous improvement.
5 Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Tooling, Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
6 Manage and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to defined project scope, timelines, cost, and quality objectives.
7 Drive process definition and optimization for sheet metal aerospace parts, including forming and machining operations.
8 Lead Cross-Functional Team (CFT) reviews and ensure on-time completion of First Article Inspection (FAI) and related deliverables.
9 Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer-specific requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
10 Interface with international and domestic customers for project reviews, progress monitoring, and timely resolution of technical, quality, or delivery-related issues.
11 Guide and develop next-level leaders and engineers by explaining processes, best practices, and strategic direction.
12 Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.
13 Manage the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to work closely with Tooling, Production, Quality, SCM, and other departments.
14 Familiar with AS 9100D ,APQP, PPAP, FAI, PFMEA, SPC documentations

2 Strong leadership capability with proven experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
3 Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across teams.
4 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-oriented approach.
5 Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities under tight timelines and compliance requirements.
