In-depth understanding of aerospace material behaviour, including aluminium, titanium, and stainless steel alloys.

Lead and manage new product development (NPD) and industrialization activities, including documentation, process design, Qualifications ,testing, validation, and continuous improvement.

Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Tooling, Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to defined project scope, timelines, cost, and quality objectives.

Drive process definition and optimization for sheet metal aerospace parts, including forming and machining operations.

Lead Cross-Functional Team (CFT) reviews and ensure on-time completion of First Article Inspection (FAI) and related deliverables.

Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer-specific requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Interface with international and domestic customers for project reviews, progress monitoring, and timely resolution of technical, quality, or delivery-related issues.

Guide and develop next-level leaders and engineers by explaining processes, best practices, and strategic direction.

Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.

Manage the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to work closely with Tooling, Production, Quality, SCM, and other departments.
