Job Description:
 

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-wide FP&A reporting, including executive dashboards, monthly reports, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, automated reporting solutions aligned with organizational goals and leadership expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on financial and operational data, including revenue, cost, profitability, and key business drivers.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by collaborating closely with Finance and Data teams across systems.
  • Establish and enforce standardized data definitions, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
  • Partner with FP&A teams, Finance leadership, and Service Line leaders to understand evolving reporting needs and business priorities.
  • Lead requirement-gathering discussions and proactively recommend data-driven enhancements and insights.
  • Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, trend analysis, performance tracking, and scenario modelling.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams and champion best practices in data, business intelligence, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree is mandate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics roles with a focus on Finance and FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, planning processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Azure Databricks, Databricks SQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple data sources.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into effective data models and reporting solutions.
  • Experience within the professional services industry, CPA firms, or advisory environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
