We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Executive / Telecaller / Counsellor to manage inquiries, communicate service offerings, guide clients through visa-related questions, and convert leads into successful registrations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-first approach, with the ability to meet targets, handle follow-ups, and work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to visa and immigration inquiries.
• Explain company services clearly — including visa consultation, documentation, interview prep, and strategy building.
• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or guidance.
• Handle client queries, doubts, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales team or management.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and marketing campaigns when required.
Requirements• Proficiency in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi for effective client communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence and clarity.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on building trust and delivering positive experiences.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, client counselling, or visa consulting is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and proactive with a consistent follow-up habit.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet performance targets in a dynamic environment.
