Job Purpose IT PMO (Partnerships – BFDL): Own end-to-end solutioning, system architecture, and API-led partner integrations, driving cross-system delivery from requirement discussions to go-live across the BFL Duties and Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end solutioning for BFDL integrations, covering JV and co-lending journeys across PL/BL/Prof flows • Lead detailed requirement discussions with BFDL teams, translating into US/UD aligned to BFL partnership framework • Design and own integration architecture across BFDL systems ?

Pennant LMS • Define and govern BFDL-specific API flows including Create Application, KFS generation, Cancel, Status, Webhooks, and Additional Info APIs • Ensure correct mapping of BFDL data fields, product configurations, and BRE logic across SFDC and Middleware layers • Act as solution SPOC for BFDL, coordinating with API, DB, Middleware, SFDC, BRE, and Data Lake teams for seamless delivery • Drive BFDL partner onboarding, including API specs alignment, CUG/UAT execution, webhook setup, and production readiness • Ensure compliance with RBI DLG for BFDL journeys, including consent capture, attribution logic, and audit trail readiness • Manage end-to-end delivery timelines for BFDL, tracking dependencies like SFDC Convert, API readiness, and partner callbacks • Lead UAT readiness for BFDL flows, including test data setup, journey validation, defect closure, and go-live sign-offs •  Monitor BFDL funnel metrics, disbursal flows, and API performance, ensuring scalability and stability post go-live training to IT staff and end-users on SCCM and Intune usage and capabilities.
