About the Role




We are seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst to join our Analytics & Digital Solutions (ADS) with a strong focus on Operations Business Leadership (OBL) priorities. This role will involve working closely with Logistics, Planning, Commercial, Customer Service and in this role, you will lead initiatives that deliver scalable, action-oriented analytics solutions.



You will partner closely OBL and data engineering teams to co-create high-quality analytics products, support design reviews, and enable structured deployments. As a functional analyst, you will also drive adoption, change management, and sustained utilization of logistics analytics solutions. This role supports global and regional logistics operations by delivering data-driven insights and analytics products that improve process efficiency, service performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, with solutions designed to scale across regions where applicable.

Key Responsibilities



· Partner with OBL to translate OBL priorities into analytics-enabled process improvements



· Facilitate problem definition, business framing, and outcome alignment with senior stakeholders



· Collaborate with global and regional leaders to standardize and scale logistics analytics solutions



· Act as a business process expert and contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and continuous improvement



· Stay current on industry and analytics trends to identify opportunities for new technologies and practices



· Act as the functional SME for logistics reporting and analytics tools, enabling faster insights and improved effectiveness



· Ensure solutions are usable, embedded in operations, and delivering measurable impact



· Support process efficiency, automation, and controls initiatives across logistics operations to improve operations



· Identify process, service, and cost improvement opportunities, including AI-enabled use cases



· Co-develop AI-ready analytical data models with data engineering and operations teams to enable action-oriented logistics insights



· Design and deliver reporting for logistics KPIs, including transportation, service, cost, and execution performance



· Ensure data availability, reliability, quality, validation, and reconciliation across all logistics analytics products



· Lead design reviews, functional QA, and governance for dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions



· Identify logistics and transportation process, service and cost improvement opportunities, including AI-enabled use cases



· Ideate, prototype, and iterate solutions using analytical tools such as Power BI, python etc. balancing analytical rigor with usability



· Plan and support analytics deployments, including documentation and delivery readiness



· Own adoption strategy, change management, and value realization for analytics solutions



· Stay current on operations, supply chain, and analytics trends to identify improvement opportunities



· Ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment



· Mentor and develop associates to independently lead projects, strengthen business process expertise, and deliver measurable operational outcomes




Minimum Qualifications



· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, supply chain, or a related field



· 10+ years of experience in analytics, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business process roles



· Good SAP experience in Logistics function



· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail



· Proficiency in Power BI and working knowledge of SQL, Python, Azure and Snowflake



· Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills



· Proven ability to drive change management and value realization through analytics solutions



· Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment



· Experience working in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS)



· Working knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing




Preferred Qualifications



· Experience working with SAP logistics, transportation and warehousing



· Experience working with Transportation management systems such as Blue Yonder, Mercury Gate etc will be added advantage



· Experience working with Warehouse management systems such as Körber etc will be added advantage



· Advanced degree or certification in supply chain, logistics, analytics, or computer science such as ASCM CLTD etc



· Team management experience will be an added advantage
